Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper. This mixture will be your marinade.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a zip-top plastic bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the chicken is well coated with the marinade.
