  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to your spice preference)
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the Chicken:
    • In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, ground coriander, and salt.
    • Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated.
    • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.
