- 1 cup brown sugar

Instructions:
- In a medium saucepan, combine the brown sugar, unsalted butter, salt, and apple cider vinegar. Cook over medium heat until the butter is melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Add 1/4 cup of the heavy cream and the vanilla extract to the saucepan and stir until combined. Remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture cool to room temperature.

- Fill each glass with the remaining cream soda, leaving about 1/2 inch of space at the top. Spoon the whipped cream topping onto each glass and serve immediately.
